To make sure your resume is picked up properly, follow these tips below:
· When formatting your resume only us round bullets, not arrows or special characters.
· Minimize what you bold.
· Avoid the following: underlining, shading, italics, graphics, color font, borders, or photos.
Following those tips will help make sure your resume isn’t kicked out of the applicant tracking system.
